Keiko Agena is an American actress renowned for her portrayal of Lane Kim, the music-loving best friend of Rory Gilmore, on the beloved TV series Gilmore Girls (2000–2007) and its 2016 revival, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. Born Christine Keiko Agena on October 3, 1973, in Honolulu, Hawaii, she began acting at the age of 10 and pursued drama studies at Whitman College. Her career spans over two decades, with notable roles in 13 Reasons Why, Prodigal Son, and Better Call Saul. Agena is also a co-author of No Mistakes: A Perfect Workbook for Imperfect Artists (2018), reflecting her passion for creativity and storytelling.
