Troy Aikman – Former Pro American footballer, played as a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL. Aikman was born on November 21, 1966, in West Covina, California, and played for the Cowboys from 1989 to 2000. He helped the team to win three Super Bowls (XXVII, XXVIII, and XXX) and landed Super Bowl MVP honors in 1993. Aikman was a six-time Pro Bowler and was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006. Otherwise, he is one of the all-time great quarterbacks in NFL history by position as an accurate thrower who excelled at everything that defined his era: leadership and completion percentage. Aikman went on to have a successful broadcasting career, following his retirement, as a high-profile sports commentator.
