Career Flex Alexander was born on April 15, 1970, in New York City. He is most recognized for his one-season role as Darryl on UPN’s popular television show One on One, which aired from 2001 to 2006. Somaside from television, Flex has showcased his comedy and versatility in several independent films and on numerous television shows. His first decade in the entertainment industry made him a dancer, but an actor de oruga for his high-energy performances. In addition to working in acting, Flex has also explored music and other business ventures.
